| Late posters|

After the submission for regular poster abstracts was closed late poster could be sent to be presented on-site. Please note that these late posters will not be listed in the printed matters (program booklet, abstract book) but in the meeting app only. Only the poster title, authors and affiliations will be included in the meeting app and on-site announcement. Please be aware that the first author needs to be registered and only one poster per participant is allowed. Deadline for late poster submission was Monday, June 17, 2019!


| Abstract editing |

Abstract editing was possible free of charge until the deadline for abstract submission and early registration, i.e. February 4, 2019. After February 4, a handling fee of 15,00 € will be charged for each further abstract editing. The final deadline for abstract editing was April 10, 2019.


| Publication of submitted abstracts |

All abstracts accepted will be available at the Wiley E-Only Supplement to Glia Journal. An abstract is considered accepted if a corresponding notification of abstract acceptance has been sent and the first author has paid in the registration fee in full. The meeting organizer reserves the right to withdraw accepted abstracts if the registration fee has not been paid within the time limit.

The abstract will be published as submitted. The authors are responsible for the correctness and completeness of the content as well as the correct listing of authors and their affiliations.
Please make sure that your abstract is ready for publishing! You may check your data with your login in the  abstract system.
If you need to change anything, please write an email to info@glia2019.eu so we can open your account for editing. The final deadline for all modifications was April 10, 2019!

Notification of abstract acceptance: All main authors were informed about the acceptance of their poster on March 11, 2019.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

  • All submitted abstracts will be presented as posters.
  • Posters are supposed to remain displayed during the whole poster session (one day) and must be removed until 19:15 h on Wednesday, July 10 (Poster Session I) and until 18:00 h on Thursday, July 11 (Poster Session II) and on Friday, July 12 (Poster Session III).
  • There will be no guided poster tour but main authors are kindly requested to be present at their posters during the poster viewing session for discussions.
  • Each poster session (180 min) is divided into two parts (each 90 min): uneven and even serial numbers. In the first part of a session posters with uneven serial numbers will be discussed. In the second 90 min of a session posters with even serial numbers will be discussed.
  • The poster must be in DIN A0, landscape format. It should not exceed the following dimensions:  85 cm height, 119 cm width.
  • Fixing materials will be provided on-site at the poster help desk
